Silverdale Arabian Stud History

Originally most of the horses were shown by Wendy and her husband Robin but Rebecca's commitment and hard work through all her summer school holidays around the stud earned
her the foal Razilka (Rezolute Bay x Rachinka) and she subsequently showed her and won many titles. It was Razilka whom Rebecca first showed abroad when she was only 15 and won the Reserve European Championship.
Today the Stud stables 70 Arabian horses and is a family run business with Wendy's daughter Rebecca and husband Seamus McCormick offering a full service which combines livery with show training and a professional handling service at shows.
Rebecca also sits on the AHS judges panel for In hand Pure, Anglo Arab and Part Bred Arab and is on the committee of the South East Arabian Horse Group. Wendy is a past President of the Arab Horse Society and currently is on the committee of the South East Arabian Horse Group and on the AHS Council as Welfare Officer.
